Thank you for supporting our small-batch, handcrafted tallow skincare products. Each item is carefully made with high-quality, natural ingredients. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

All products are handmade in small batches. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase. Processing time may be longer during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Shipping times vary depending on location and selected shipping method at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping seasons.

Warm Weather Shipping Notice

Our tallow-based products are sensitive to heat and may soften or melt during transit in warmer temperatures. While melting does not affect product quality, texture changes may occur.

We recommend:

  • Shipping to an address where someone can promptly receive the package

  • Bringing packages indoors as soon as possible

  • Placing melted products in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to re-solidify if needed

Refunds or replacements are not issued for melting due to weather conditions.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues. If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.

Local Pickup

I offer porch pickup. Once you have made your order and paid please text me for when you would like to pick up 309-696-3641

Refunds

What is the process for returning a product?

To return a product, ensure it's unused and in its original packaging. You have 30 days for a full refund. Contact us at nanastallow@mediacombb.net for assistance.
